TNI’s Quality Assurance Policy has been developed to insure that all our clients are completely satisfied with the results achieved at the conclusion of the project. We achieve this through the continuous involvement of the client throughout the project because an organization’s commitment to the success of their Strategic Business Planning process or Education Program development is important. Once implemented, it is crucial that the Strategic Business Plan is recognized as a living document that evolves with the business, and training programs are regularly reviewed and updated to incorporate the progress of the organization.
